Contractor Marketplace Terms

These terms apply to approved contractors using the Mainline Groundworks lead marketplace. They are intended to set clear expectations and protect both customers and contractors.
Access to the marketplace
The contractor marketplace is available only to approved contractor accounts. Access is granted at our discretion and may be limited to specific email addresses or organisations.
By using the marketplace you agree to these terms and to use the platform responsibly.
Standard lead unlocks
A standard unlock gives you access to the customer contact details and any supporting documents for that lead.
The lead may remain visible to other contractors after your unlock unless an exclusive claim is made.
Unlock fees are charged at the price shown before payment. Payment is processed securely via Stripe.
Exclusive lead claims
An exclusive claim removes the lead from the marketplace so other contractors can no longer unlock it.
Exclusive claims do not guarantee that you will be awarded the project or that the customer will proceed.
Exclusive pricing is shown before checkout. Once completed, the lead status is updated accordingly.
What we do not guarantee
Mainline does not guarantee that you will be awarded a project.
Mainline does not guarantee that the customer will respond to your enquiry.
Mainline does not guarantee the value, scope or outcome of any project.
Lead information is supplied as received from the customer or enquiry source. We do not warrant that every detail is complete or accurate.
Contractor responsibilities
You are responsible for assessing whether a lead is suitable for your business before unlocking.
You must respond professionally and in a timely manner where appropriate.
You must keep your account details accurate and notify us if your access should be revoked.
You are responsible for your own quotations, site visits, compliance and contractual arrangements with the customer.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse customer data, scrape the marketplace, attempt to bypass payment, or share login credentials.
You must not resell, redistribute or publish lead information except as needed to respond to the specific enquiry.
You must not use the platform for unlawful, misleading or abusive activity.
Account suspension
We may suspend or terminate marketplace access if we believe these terms have been breached, if customer data has been misused, or if continued access would harm customers or the platform.
Suspension does not automatically entitle you to refunds for previous unlocks.
